What areas do you service?

We service the majority of the Madisonville/Goodbee area and certain parts of the Mandeville/Covington area. Please call or email us with your address to check if you are in our service area.

Do you provide garbage cans?

While we do NOT provide garbage cans, we do NOT have any restrictions on the size or number of cans that you may have out for pickup.

Where can I purchase garbage cans?

You can purchase garbage cans at places like Home Depot, Lowes, Walmart, Sams Club, or any local hardware store.

Can I use a can from a previous company?

Yes! Existing cans can be used.

How do I get stickers for my can?

Once you sign up for service, your address will go onto our list for the specific day you are looking to start garbage pickup. When our truck comes for pickup, our team members will place our stickers on the can.

Will you pickup things outside of the garbage can?

Yes! We pickup bags of household garbage that are outside of the garbage can, as well as, cardboard boxes and lightweight items.

What are your requirements for yard debris?

All yard debris must be bagged, canned, or bundled. Our crew will pickup up to 3-5 bags of yard debris per pickup. For canned yard debris, we ask that you do not fill your can with dirt. We cannot dump cans filled with dirt due to the weight. For branches and limbs, all limbs must be SHORTER than 4ft in length AND bundled/tied in no larger than 4ft bundles. We do not pickup stumps or heavy limbs/debris. For bulk yard debris, we do charge an additional pickup fee based on an individual basis.

Are there any additional fees?

We do charge an additional fee for the removal of bulky or oversized items like furniture, appliances, any type of construction debris, bulk yard debris, or yard debris that does NOT follow our yard debris pickup guidelines.

What do I need to do to have a bulky item picked up?

Please call or email the office to SCHEDULE a special pickup if you have a bulky or oversized item. We do not do special pickups on Mondays. Our minimum fee for special pickups starts at $65, but it does depend on the item itself and the weight of the item.

Do I have to schedule a special pickup for moving boxes and packing material?

No, we take care of all moving boxes and packing material at no extra cost.

How will I be billed and how can I make payments?

We invoice on a quarterly basis in the months of January, April, July, and October. All payments can be made by clicking on “Pay Bill” on our website. We also accept mailed in payments made to our address found on our “Contact Us” page, or payments made through your preferred banks’ “Bill-Pay” function. 

Can I set up auto-pay?

Yes! Autopay can be set up by logging into your Trash Billing account with your unique web account number found on your bill. Once on your account, you can make a payment and set up autopay through the “Make Payment” button located on the home screen under Account Info. If you are wanting to ONLY set up autopay, and NOT make a payment, you can set this up under the Account Settings page on your Trash Billing account. 

Do you pickup on holidays?

Yes, we run every holiday except for Christmas and New Years Day, if it is your regular pickup day. Please follow our Facebook page for holiday reminders and updates.

Do you offer recycling?

There is currently no recycling plant in Southeast Louisiana.
