Since Northshore Disposal Services does not supply garbage cans, we DO NOT take responsibility for any damage that occurs during the standard operation of garbage collection.
What should I do if my personal trash can is broken?
If your personal garbage container has been broken, and you believe is the result of mishandling, please send us an email to: [email protected] AND include a description of the damage, a photo of the damage, and a copy of the receipt for proof of purchase.
PLEASE NOTE: Cans that are older than six months old WILL NOT be reimbursed.
