Our History
Northshore Disposal Services is a true family-owned and operated local business! It was founded by the late Rodney Keys, Sr. in 1959, shortly after he married the love of his life, Victoria.
Our Present
Today, NDS is operated by the second generation of the Keys family, Rodney Jr., and Richard (Ricky). Both Rodney Jr. and Ricky started working in the business during their junior high school years, where they learned Rodney Sr.’s business motto, “Do it right the FIRST time!” Rodney Jr. and Ricky still use that same motto today when training their employees to maintain Northshore’s high quality of service. The Keys’ level of commitment to their work is evident in everyday work ethics and by consistently going above and beyond the call of duty.
